Meditation

Mindfulness is a teaching that allows the learner to increase  present moment awareness without attaching judgement to thoughts. From the early 2000’s, medical and wellness practitioners have recorded the positive impact of mindfulness in areas such as stress  & anxiety reduction, emotional regulation, improving focus etc. Many Schools, Universities and Govt. institutions have run successful mindfulness based programs with compelling results. At Mettasphere, we have woven mindfulness practice into our Meditation programme.
